PTFE processed parts (full name PTFE processed parts, trade name Teflon/PTFE) are various industrial components made from PTFE resin through molding, sintering, turning, milling and other processes. - Extremely wide temperature resistance range
Long term stable working temperature -196 ℃~+260 ℃, short-term can withstand high temperature of 320 ℃. Low temperature does not crack, high temperature does not soften
- Super strong chemical inertness (corrosion resistance)
Resistant to almost all strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and strong oxidants (such as aqua regia, concentrated sulfuric acid, and concentrated nitric acid), only corrosive to molten alkali metals and fluorides at high temperatures.
- Self lubrication&low friction
The friction coefficient in solid materials is extremely low (0.04~0.15), close to ice surface, oil-free, self-lubricating, wear-resistant, and anti sticking.
- Excellent electrical insulation
Stable dielectric constant at high/low frequencies, minimal loss, high voltage resistance, and non hygroscopicity, it is a C-class high-frequency insulation material.
- Non stick and stain resistant surface
The surface energy is extremely low, and it hardly sticks to any substances (resin, glue, melt, dust), making it easy to clean.
