Material classification (pure material vs filling)
Pure PTFE cutting pad (most commonly used)
Performance: The strongest corrosion resistance, temperature resistance -200~260 ℃, non-toxic and clean, non stick, and insulating.
Disadvantages: prone to creep, cold flow, average compression resistance, weak rebound.
Applicable: Medium and low pressure, strong corrosion, food and medicine, clean, high and low temperature static sealing.
Filling modified PTFE cutting pad
Fiberglass filling: resistant to creep, wear, rigidity, and dimensional stability.
Carbon fiber/graphite: better wear resistance, thermal conductivity, conductivity/anti-static.
Copper powder: best for wear resistance, compression resistance, and thermal conductivity.
