Performance characteristics of expanded PTFE gasket:

1. Easy to cut and install

You can make your work easier by mechanically stamping or manually cutting gaskets into any shape.

2. Suitable for sealing rough surfaces

Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene gaskets have unique compliance molding capabilities, which can produce good sealing effects on rough or damaged flange surfaces without increasing much pressure.

3. Strong resistance to chemical corrosion

Except for a few chemical substances such as molten alkali metals, free fluorine, and tertiary nuclei, it does not react with any other chemical substances and can be used in all sealing occasions within the allowable temperature range (315 ℃), greatly reducing the variety and quantity of sealing components.

4. Good resistance to creep and cold flow

The unique high-density fiber structure gives it strong creep resistance. Due to the absence of any adhesives or additives, its mechanical properties are very stable.
